Each monthly competition will have a theme. One winner will be chosen and their poem will be featured on Oatleaf's homepage!
Competitions run from the first of the month until the twentieth. The winner will be announced on the twenty-fifth.

Write "COMPETITION" in the subject line of your email.
Write/paste your poem in the body of the email. Be sure to include your title. If your poem does not have a title, "Untitled" will be used.
You may submit up to one (1) poem in one email submission.
Oatleaf accepts previously published work. Please include the original publication if your poem was previously published.
Poems must be in English.
Please include your name the way you would like to be credited along with a short bio and social media handles if you would like to provide them.
The author will retain copyright. Oatleaf only gains the right to publish accepted work on our website and to promote the work on social media.
Oatleaf does not consider work made with AI.
